I teach Powerhoop & Boxfit classes in various locations at Ellerslie and Panmure that anyone can join in at any time. Powerhooping is a proven way of slimming the waist & strengthening the core, while improving your fitness & overall well-being. These classes offer a low impact option, or you can increase the intensity to suit your ability & fitness level. Great if you have any injuries preventing you from high impact or mainstream exercise. Children are welcome to come along too from age 6 as we have specially designed Kids Powerhoops suitable for those up to around 36 kgs.
THUMP Boxing classes are a high intensity boxfit class using gloves and focus pads and suitable for anyone over 15, no matter what your fitness level. Beginners are welcome as particular care is given on the correct technique, rather than just a "jump in and you'll be fine" approach.
