Are you struggling with being un-motivated, or find exercise classes intimidating? Perhaps you generally just aren't doing anything and don't know where to start? Then it's time to make a change.... I believe that if you find something that you love doing and somewhere that you enjoy going, you'll want to keep doing it - so like many others, why not give what I have to offer a try!

When it comes to getting your A into G with your health and fitness, it is really determined by our ATTITUDE. Do you really want to do this? If yes, then I can help you get into ACTION by offering a range of training and wellbeing options designed to motivate and encourage you along your journey:
  • 7 Week 'Kickstart to Healthy Living' Challenge
  • Powerhoop Classes (weighted fitness hoop)
  • THUMP Boxing Circuits (non contact boxing for fitness)
  • Personal Training / Wellness Assessments
  • Corporate Training / Groups / Holiday Programmes
  • Kid's Boxing / Powerhoop Parties
